CHALLENGE
The LCPL team explained that they wanted to appeal and make their employees communicative through online portal, onwards, speically in this COVID-19 Pandemic Lockdown, but weren’t sure how to best target them.
SOLUTION
VirtualReality performed extensive research for LCPL to uncover information about the current trends and the opportunities to better position LCPL alongside both current competitors and ideally among employees to provide them engaging and compelling Employees Portal.
RESULT
The final portal appealed to all LCPL members due to its mobile responsiveness and clean layout while also providing ease-of-use and large, clear navigation. The functionality they described in the Job Description was all achieved with additional features.
