The reasons for redesigning a website vary, as for us — we are revamping the corporate website as we have established a much clearer goal for those who want to commit themselves to re-learning and upskilling. (P.S. Website revamp improves Google visibility, increases traffic, generates more leads, and adds functionality to improve the user experience!)
SOLUTION
To align with a new brand message to the public and to bridge the skills gap between employees and instituttions— “Academic Institute Management Solutions”. Academic Institute aims to automize their functions and and reduce time for each task to fit the needs of institute, exmployess, partent, teachers and students.
RESULT
To be able to deliver the 3 purposes of a website: Brand, Product, and Information. We want to ensure the user’s journey is efficient and pleasing, by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty — which requires us to understand the goals and context of the current users when they visit the website.
