CHALLENGE
We started everything off by digging into the details of the project by conducting stakeholder interviews. During these interviews, we walked through our discovery workbook and unpacked the goals of the project, perceptions they hoped to reshape, what the competitive landscape looked like, and aesthetics they were drawn to. Through our strategically crafted questions, we were able to uncover valuable information about what drives CSCS in order to paint their story through this new website.
SOLUTION
After meticulously crafting the perfect website for CSCS.IO, we took time to test the site from top to bottom on various mobile devices, laptops, and desktops. Once we were confident that the site was functioning perfectly, we trained the CSCS team on the new CMS and handed the baton off to them to do their round of testing. Once their key stakeholders approved the build, we put together a detailed launch plan and it was ready to go live. The launch went swimmingly, and we were thrilled to deliver a stress-free website launch for CSCS. Now, the maintenance and SEO comes.
